Youll play a key role in client acquisition and service onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Speak with clients via phone, email, and chat to explain business and compliance services. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., GST, company registration, income tax, etc.). Follow up on leads and ensure successful conversion and onboarding. Update CRM systems with accurate customer information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in any field (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.); MBA is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
