Position Title: Domestic Recruiter Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Duration: Fulltime Mandatory Skills : Boolean search, Interviewing, Candidate screening, Networking, Sourcing, Job board management Talent Acquisition, Negotiation, Onboarding Must have Skills: Minimum 2 plus years of experience in Domestic Recruitment, handling IT roles. Experience with PAN India recruitment processes. Proven track record of successful placements. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
