Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across the Information technology industry within India. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian job market, recruitment trends, and hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring statuses. Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience. Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor laws. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in domestic recruitment, preferably in IT Industry Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, recruitment processes, and job market dynamics. Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
