Market research and intelligence (Information on new trends in industry, prospective projects, information about competitors, qualification etc.) Relationship management with end customers, EPCs and process licencors Hands-on experience in pre and post order activities; enquiry management, collections, documentation required and customer feedback Should have knowledge about commercial terms and conditions, and statutory laws Basic knowledge of our products, manufacturing processes and fabrication capabilities Pursues the market challenges with passion and determination Liaison with government bodies, trade associations, and other external organizations work on customer / project qualification Experience with tenders and proposals.
