Company Name - OutworX Solutions Pvt Ltd. Location - Sec-63, Noida. Near Electronic City metro station Work Mode - WFO (5 days/week), Day Shift, No WFH/Hybrid Required : Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation Skills. Need to have experience in complete complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle. Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling, head hunting and short-listing of eligible resumes for the clients requirements Sourcing experience on various platforms for acquiring suitable profiles (i.e Job portals/boards, Headhunting, Referencing, Social Networking Sites, Job Postings etc) Good understanding of different IT domains (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, embedded etc) Experience in contractual hiring (C2H) of resources preferably in IT Infrastructure domain Expertise in hiring across all career levels (Junior to Sr. Manager/Architect levels) Maintaining Candidate and client relationship and keep track of candidates in database Proven experience in performing under tight deadline and pressure environment Preferred candidate profile : Must Have experience on IT Contract hiring.
