Email@career@iflowonline.com Role & responsibilities Handling Full lifecycle recruiting experience of Domestic Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Hands on experience working on IT requirements. Understanding the requirement according to the specification mentioned by the Direct client. Analyse new recruiting technologies, sourcing tools and interviewing process to improve success, must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary. Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database. Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs. Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources. Sourcing and screening potential resources from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Preferred candidate profile Proven Work Experience in recruiting candidates for IT requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Perks and benefits
