Domain Architect

As the Architecture Lead at your company, your role is crucial in the overall development of the target Architecture through defining the technology roadmap for your own business/domain. You are recognized as the subject matter expert for a specific domain and provide expert advice and guidance to different business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop architectural applications for new deals/major change requests in existing deals. - Create enterprise-wide business/domain architecture deliverables focused on the target audience's issues and opportunities. - Contribute to the Target Architecture by developing and maintaining the technology roadmap for your area of expertise. - Recognize innovative use of technology for increasing performance measures. - Establish domain-specific standards, near/mid-term strategy, and roadmaps in adherence to Enterprise standards. - Guide solutions from concept to delivery, envision and create solutions that meet requirements. - Provide technical leadership to the implementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of modern technology. - Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership teams to identify future needs and requirements. - Analyze the current technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to set a collaboration solution for big/small data. - Develop trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams. - Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets. - Lead the development and maintenance of an enterprise framework and related artifacts. - Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos for new growth areas based on market and customer research. - Mentor developers, designers, and Junior architects in the project for their further career development and enhancement. - Drive diversity in leadership positions within the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Domain/Industry Knowledge - Master - Market Intelligence - Master - Systems Thinking - Expert - Leveraging Technology - Master - Asset reusability - Expert - Technical knowledge in architecture design principles, framework, and documentation - Master In your role, you will interact with various stakeholders including delivery teams, pre-sales team, quality assurance, practice teams, Holmes engineering, talent transformation team, HRBP, vendors/partners, and industry forums for strategic alignment, partnerships, and knowledge sharing.
