Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Import Export Specialist based in Kolkata. The role involves managing and preparing export-import documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless logistics operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, reviewing technical and clinical documentation, troubleshooting documentation issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for the timely exchange of information. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication to support business activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation and general Documentation practices
• Experience in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and verifying data
• Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of import-export regulations and processes is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of EXIM and Phyto RULES for india will be advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
