We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end documentation and coordination related to import and export shipments. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely booking, documentation compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Import & Export Clearance: Coordinate with CHA and ensure timely submission of documents for customs clearance. Verify commercial documents such as invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, COO, etc. Booking Submissions: Submit bookings with various shipping lines via online portals or email. Coordinate with shipping lines for booking confirmations and slot availability. Shipping Instruction (SI) Submission: Prepare and submit accurate SI to carriers within deadlines. Ensure alignment of SI with customer requirements and compliance norms. VGM and Form 13 Submission: Submit Verified Gross Mass (VGM) and Form 13 through ODeX and MMD3 platforms. Ensure timely submission to avoid container gate-in delays. Bill of Lading (BL) Release: Follow up with carriers for draft BL and final approval from customers. Coordinate with lines for timely BL release and dispatch to clients. Customer Service: Serve as a single point of contact for clients on shipment status and document requirements. Maintain professional communication with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Logistics, or International Business). 1–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with platforms like ODeX, MMD3, and carrier portals. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
