Document Specialist

As an Operations Executive, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for clients and Freezone. Your major responsibilities will include vendor management and after-sales service. Additionally, you will be responsible for tying up with all free zones, mainlands, and other SAB vendors. Your tasks will also include filling up documents for partnerships and maintaining records of all documents in ERP. Your duties will extend to following up with vendors for the training of SAB sales staff, both remotely for India and physically for the Dubai team, or a combination of both. You will also be tasked with assigning one account manager for SAB for each Free zone and fostering good relations with them. It will be essential for you to understand the products, promotions, licensing policies of the vendors, and seek clarification when needed. Furthermore, you are required to comprehend the incentives/commission plans for SAB and maintain communication with existing partners such as IFZA, DMCC, Dubai South, Shams, SPC, Hamriyah Free Zone, RAKEZ, AFZ, Creative City, and Kizad. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to keep records of all partnership agreements that have been signed.
