Document Production Manager

Job Description

Directly manage our production team in India, which is responsible for collaborating with US-based resources to deliver high-quality sales and marketing support and deliverables for the firm s internal clients Oversee resource deployment for the production team s various projects, escalating concerns and helping to navigate team assignments and deadlines Oversee team development and performance Collaborate with team management in the US and India to ensure consistent and proper allocation of team resources, monitor bandwidth, and plan for seasonality Independently identify and help resolve issues that may prevent the team from working effectively and efficiently Assist in keeping tracking systems, queue data, and reporting up-to-date and accurate Collaborate with other leaders to continually refine processes, tools and workflows to enhance productivity and deliverables Proactively explore and embrace technology and tools used by proposal and brand creative teams Qualifications: Bachelor s degree required Minimum of 5 years of related resource management, project/workflow management, and/or sales and marketing experience; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams. Experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to direct, manage, and provide constructive input on the work of others Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage others Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
