Document Executive

As a Document Executive focusing on German university admissions, you will play a crucial role in assisting candidates who are looking to pursue their studies in Germany. Your expertise in the German university application landscape, which includes direct applications to universities and portals like uni-assist, hochschule.de, among others, will be essential for providing accurate guidance to candidates and ensuring successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates applying to German universities. - Guide candidates through the university selection and application process for Bachelor's and master's programs in Germany. - Efficiently collect, organize, and manage all necessary documents (both soft and hard copies) from candidates. - Advise candidates on required document changes or improvements to enhance their application success. - Communicate effectively with German universities via call and email to gather additional information, clarify requirements, and follow up on applications. - Ensure meticulous filing and documentation of all candidate records and correspondence. - Take full responsibility for tracking application progress and delivering final admission letters to candidates. Mandatory Requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in university selection and application processes for education in Germany (for both Bachelor's and Master's programs). - Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Documentation: Strong knowledge of filing and documentation procedures. - University Interaction: Proven ability to communicate effectively (on call and via email) with German universities. Good-to-Have Skills: - Knowledge of the German language. - Prior experience in education counselling.,
