Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Registration & Documentation Support

• Guide customers through the registration process on the official portal.
• Assist in collecting and verifying documents required for subsidy approval (property papers, identity proof, electricity bills, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation submission to avoid delays.

2. Financing & Payment Assistance

• Educate customers on loan options and facilitate financing if needed.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Ensure customers understand the payment structure and advance payment process.

3. Solar System Installation & Quality Assurance

• Conduct site surveys to check roof feasibility, shadow analysis, and load calculations.
• Oversee and execute the installation of solar panels, inverters, and wiring as per MNRE and DISCOM standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.

4. Post-Installation Support & Grid Connectivity

• Assist customers in the net metering process, ensuring timely approvals from DISCOM.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and educate customers on system maintenance and energy savings.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate after-sales service if needed.

5. Subsidy Processing & Release

• Track subsidy application progress and coordinate with relevant authorities for timely release.
• Keep customers updated on subsidy status and resolve compliance-related issues.
• Maintain records and escalate delayed subsidy payments for resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,742.43 - ₹12,675.52 per month
