Document Controller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, registration, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Maintain document control logs, transmittals, and associated reports.
  • Support preparation of project work lists, department budgets, and reports.
  • Handle department timesheets, training records, and manpower statistics.
  • Ensure adherence to company document control and information security procedures.
  • Assist the Planning team and Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date document records.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control and administrative work.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience in Project Document Control Systems preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
