Great Opportunity !!! Aarvi Encon Limited is urgently hiring for Document Controller - Dahej Gujarat. Position : Document Controller Location : Dahej, Gujarat Contract Period : 1 Year & smoothly extendable Payroll : on Aarvi Encon's payroll ( 3rd party payroll) Document Controller JD: 1- Ensuring efficient organization of document control for the project. 2- Facilitating regular information flow among all involved parties, including clients, contractors, licensees, partners, and vendors. 3- Establishing and maintaining a document management system that aligns Company standards with the specific contract requirements of each project. 4- Ensuring timely and high-quality handover of documentation to both external and internal parties. 5- Preparing and issuing specific documentation for project document management. 6- Managing all project documentation effectively. 7- Liaising with client personnel in other countries and coordinating with external contacts and departments. Qualifications :- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role Languages :- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Main skills: 1- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 2- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. 4- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 5- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
