Role & responsibilities 1. Doctor Engagement and Recruitment: Meet and build relationships with doctors (ophthalmologists and other specialists) to recruit them for collaboration with the hospital. Corporate Event Participation: Attend healthcare and eye care corporate events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential doctor partners. 3. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with recruited doctors and doctors in the market to ensure continued collaboration.
