Job Description

The DMS Support Executive will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for the Distributor Management System and Salea Force Automation, ensuring smooth operations, timely resolution of issues, and enabling business users to achieve operational efficiency. The role involves system monitoring, issue resolution, implementation, user training, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors for application enhancements and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), users across regions.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure uptime as per SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinate with vendors/technical teams for escalations.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights.
  • Gather user requirements, document issues/enhancement requests
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features, fixes, and upgrades.
  • Prepare SOPs, training manuals, and provide end-user training sessions.
  • Generate and analyze reports (sales, secondary/Primary, daily transaction stock, claims, schemes, etc.) as required.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the DMS and SFA System.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and system enhancements to meet business needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA)
  • Knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with application support and incident management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive support approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Application Support (preferably DMS / SFA/CRM systems).
