Headquartered in Bangalore, we have 89 branches across Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and UT Puducherry with more than 1000 employees. https://kinaracapital.com/ Job Title: Divisional Collections Head Department : Legal & Collections Report To: Zonal Collection Head Purpose of Job: To Manage back office operation activities for smooth Collection process Job Responsibilities: • Effective Team Management • Handling a team of 10~ 15 executives • Experience in handling Bank Reconciliation activities (BRS) • Knowledge in handling Banking Activities including ACH Registrations • Coordinate with external bankers • Collation of data on regular intervals and incorporated in the portfolio tracking software as required and report the same to the Concerned staff. • Creating and maintain reports in excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities. • Preparation of monthly performance status reports. • Collate, analyze and present company performance details quarterly and half yearly. • Provide information to management to ensure consistency in data and information across the company. • Creating MIS/ Dashboard reports and presenting to the senior Management. • Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner. • Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their 2 effectiveness. • Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required. • Understand requirements, design and deploy formats • Solve the Ad Hoc requirement of management related to Organizational information for critical decision making. Qualifications: Education: Any graduate, in the fields of accounting-auditing. Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 10years of experience in similar field at managerial level preferred.
