Job Description

Lead and oversee supply chain functions, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. Develop strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and implement contingency plans. Optimize inventory levels to align with production and market demand. Drive automation and digital transformation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Manage transportation logistics for cost-effective distribution. Work closely with engineering, quality, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes. Implement Lean principles and continuous improvements across the supply chain. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Materials Management (Supply Chain certification preferred). 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in supply chain automation & digital tools. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
