Job role: We're is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Driver Helpdesk (Transport Coordinator) to support daily transport operations. This role serves as the primary communication bridge between drivers, sidemen, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely dispatches, and accurate system tracking. Job Details:

• Position: Driver Helpdesk (Transport Coordinator)
• Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation / MBA
• Experience: 1-3 yrs in BPO, Calling, Customer Service
• Location: Mohali, Sec-75, Phase 8B Industrial area, Punjab
• Salary: 25k–30k CTC
• Shift: Rotational UK Shifts
• First 3 months (Probation): 6 days per week
• Post-Probation: 5.5 working days

Required skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to work efficiently in rotational UK shifts
• High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced operations environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from drivers and sidemen professionally and efficiently
• Resolve driver queries and operational issues within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery execution
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external transport policies
• Monitor schedules and proactively manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Identify driver and customer requirements and provide appropriate support
• Escalate issues when required to ensure service continuity
• Perform additional ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
