HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for District Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives or associates within the district, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the district, aligning them with overall company goals and targets Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that the district achieves its sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) Territory Management: Manage and optimize the territory, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis Sales Training: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the district Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve sales processes, sales cycle efficiency, and pipeline management Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the district Performance Metrics: Define and track sales performance metrics, KPIs, and key sales indicators for the district Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the district, including expense control and resource allocation Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management
