Aligned with the 'Right to Education Act' and 'Samagra Siksha,' Educate Girls is committed to improving access to primary education for children, especially young girls. Operating in over 21,000 villages across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, the organization engages with community volunteers to identify, enroll, and retain out-of-school girls and improve foundational literacy and numeracy skills for all children. Educate Girls aims to transform behavioral, social, and economic conditions for girls to ensure equal access to quality education for all children. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Program Training Officer located in Sitapur. The District Program Training Officer will be responsible for planning and implementing training programs, conducting workshops, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the progress of training sessions, providing support to field staff, and ensuring adherence to training protocols and guidelines. The officer will also participate in developing training materials and methods to enhance the capacity-building of community volunteers and educators. Qualifications Experience in planning and implementing training programs, and conducting workshops Strong skills in monitoring and evaluating training sessions Ability to develop training materials and methods Excellent communication and coordination skills Familiarity with community mobilization and volunteer management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field Show more Show less
