Job Description (Short): हम बैंक रिकवरी कार्य हेतु जिला स्तर पर कर्मचारियों की भर्ती, प्रशिक्षण व निगरानी के लिए District Manager नियुक्त कर रहे हैं। यह भूमिका मुख्य रूप से बैंक शाखाओं के लिए Legal Field Assistants (LFAs) की भर्ती और समन्वय का कार्य करेगी। Key Responsibilities : अपने जिले के सभी बैंक शाखाओं की सूची तैयार करना LFA (Legal Field Assistant) की भर्ती करना – पोस्टर, WhatsApp, ITI, College outreach के ज़रिए LFAs को ट्रेनिंग देना (SARFAESI, NPA/AUCA Recovery SOP, Field format) Branch-wise assignment aur daily tracking karna Weekly recovery report बनाकर HO भेजना District level में job fair, awareness activity run करना Any assignment given by the management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): What is your Current Monthly Income?
