Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Chemical Distributor. The ideal candidate will support various operational functions such as sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless distribution of chemicals across our network. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers. Understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the safe and efficient transport of chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and work with suppliers to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain. Oversee order processing, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Procurement & Supplier Relations: Source chemicals and raw materials from domestic and international suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Monitor and enforce adherence to chemical safety protocols for both employees and customers. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer orders, and inventory. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and inventory status for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the chemical distribution or related industry. Strong understanding of chemical products, industry regulations, and supply chain processes. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Knowledge of safety and environmental standards governing chemical handling and transportation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in business development or sales within the chemical or industrial sectors. Familiarity with international trade regulations and import/export processes.
