Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network in the assigned region. Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring they meet brand and sales expectations. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Conduct regular visits to dealers to strengthen relationships and drive sales. 2. Dealer Management & Support: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and provide them with product training and sales support. Ensure timely supply of products to dealers and address any stock or logistical concerns. Monitor dealer performance and provide insights to improve sales efficiency. 3. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies. Provide feedback on product demand, pricing and potential new opportunities. Report has to be sent and should be reviewed by business head. 4. Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Track inventory levels and suggest replenishments based on sales trends. Ensure dealers adhere to payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments. 5. Brand Representation & Compliance: Ensure brand visibility in dealer stores through promotional displays. Monitor adherence to company policies, pricing and marketing guidelines. 6. Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics: Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling music accessories and in-house Brands Track individual and dealer performance against targets and suggest improvement strategies. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelors degree any or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in distribution, preferably in the music industry or FMCG/electronics sector. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with dealers. Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance. Knowledge of musical instruments and accessories is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively. Track inventory levels and suggest replenishments based on sales trends.
