Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Wildcraft Gear, FW & Apparel, Luggage, Innerwear, and Personal Care Products in the assigned territory, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop the revenue of the mentioned product categories in the designated territory. - Achieve channel and category-wise secondary and primary targets through strategic planning and execution of initiatives. - Meet sales targets and ensure effective coverage of territory and towns. - Build relationships with key associates, manage and expand the network. - Prepare pipeline EDO Stores and ensure targeted delivery, focusing on POS/EDO expansion and retail growth. - Develop the multi-category channel and assist the Manager in managing/restructuring DB's and markets for a healthy business environment. - Aid in firming up business plans of DB's and key accounts, forecasting for products, and analyzing distribution depth and width. - Manage collection from all partners, track competition, conduct audits, and submit timely reports while adhering to sales norms. Your key deliverables will include: - Achieving sales targets and coordinating with supply chain and brand managers. - Ensuring product requirements are met and resolving dealer/consumer issues promptly. - Monitoring sales performance against targets, driving local promotions, and providing feedback on schemes/products. - Reviewing the business performance of key dealers and taking necessary corrective actions. - Implementing company policies, ensuring sales processes compliance, and managing AR effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - Graduate in any discipline with an MBA from reputed B-Schools (not mandatory). - 4-6 years of experience in Distribution/Trade Channel Sales excluding FMCG trade. - Minimum 2 years in a team management role with expertise in managing Trade Distribution Sales networks. - Strong analytical skills, customer focus, innovation drive, and business acumen. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and execution skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location. English language proficiency is preferred for this role.
