Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and manage the entire distributor network — from shortlisting and onboarding to performance tracking.
• • Lead Delhi NCR expansion across chemist counters, FMCG shops, and modern trade outlets.
• • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets through hands-on leadership and planning.
• • Coordinate with marketing, sampling, and performance marketing teams to synchronize offline & online sales drives.
• • Ensure distributor satisfaction, payment discipline, and steady secondary sales.
• • Provide weekly reports on distributor performance, territory growth, and retail coverage.
• • Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, incentives, and movement trends.

Candidate Profile:

• • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG / Oral-Care / Pharma-FMCG Distribution.
• • Strong local distributor and retailer network across Delhi NCR.
• • Proven experience in setting up or scaling distribution for a new brand.
• • Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by performance-linked earnings.
• • Graduate / MBA (preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business).
