Job Description

Job Duties (include but not limited to): Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes. Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily. Make decisions quickly, often with limited information. Review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team. Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members. Take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Provide excellent customer services Requirements What Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring: The successful candidate should have a bachelor s degree or equivalent certifications Minimum 0-1 years of customer service experience as a Dispatcher Fluent written & spoken English communication. Possess great attention to details.
