Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dispatcher will oversee the coordination of freight shipments, communicate with drivers to ensure seamless transportation, and monitor progress to guarantee timely deliveries. Responsibilities include route planning, addressing logistical challenges, maintaining records, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers, clients, and team members effectively
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and problem-solving to manage and optimize shipping routes
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with dispatch software, data entry, and record management
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, along with a detail-oriented approach to monitor shipments and ensure accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics are a plus
