Job Description

Role Overview

timely and accurate dispatch

Key Responsibilities

Ensure
on-time dispatch
of FG orders for GT, MT & Institutional channels.
Check
order accuracy
– SKUs, quantities & labelling before dispatch.
Maintain a
clean and systematic dispatch zone
.
Prepare and handover
dispatch documents
(invoice, packing list, etc.).
Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve dispatch/delay issues.

Key Performance Indicators

100% dispatch within
24 hours
of request.
≤
0.5%
error rate in dispatched orders.
100% fill rate
(no partial dispatch unless approved).
95%+
score in dispatch area housekeeping.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree / experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with
WMS / warehouse tools
(preferred).
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills
