Dispatch Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in an efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods - Maintaining organized and accurate inventory - Optimizing warehouse layout to enhance efficiency - Overseeing loading/unloading processes and ensuring proper labeling and storage - Leading, training, and scheduling warehouse staff - Monitoring staff performance and enforcing safety protocols - Conducting stock counts and resolving discrepancies - Coordinating with procurement and transport teams - Handling returns, damages, and operational issues - Maintaining equipment and implementing process improvements - Ensuring regulatory and safety compliance - Preparing and reviewing operational reports - Keeping accurate records and escalating concerns to management Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced individuals and freshers.
