We have a trucking company, Port Pro Transport Inc., located in New Jersey, USA. We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Dispatch Manager. Job description * The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the dispatch process to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. They plan shipment schedules, assign drivers, and coordinate with different teams to optimize the supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute daily dispatch schedules Process orders and ensure timely deliveries Plan and coordinate with drivers and vehicle teams Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams Optimize delivery routes to save time and fuel Check and manage delivery documents (such as challans, invoices) Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to dispatch Ensure compliance with transport laws and safety regulations Provide regular dispatch reports to senior management Manage emergency situations like delays or accidents Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: Remote
