Job Title: US Dispatcher – Load Booking Specialist Location: Mohali,8A Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone) Job Summary: We are looking for a Dispatch Executive / U.S. Dispatcher with 2–5 years of proven experience in load booking, coordinating with brokers and drivers , and managing U.S. dispatch operations. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the U.S. logistics and freight industry, especially in dry van, reefer, or flatbed dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Book loads with brokers through load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, CH Robinson, etc.) Coordinate with drivers to assign loads and monitor their schedules and route progress. Negotiate rates and ensure best margins while booking loads. Track freight movements and maintain constant communication with drivers and brokers. Handle check calls, update TMS, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery. Manage driver schedules, availability, and compliance with HOS (Hours of Service) rules. Provide daily and weekly performance updates to management. Handle emergency situations like delays, breakdowns, or rescheduling. Build strong relationships with brokers and clients for repeat business. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in U.S. Dispatch and Load Booking . Strong knowledge of U.S. geography, freight types, and load boards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
