Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day order processing and dispatch activities for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. The candidate should be organized, punctual, and able to handle basic operations and logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily online orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Print shipping labels and invoices from seller panels.
• Coordinate with packing team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Schedule daily courier pickups and track shipments.
• Maintain records of dispatched orders.
• Handle return orders, cancellations, and delivery issues.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment as per platform guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Browsing).
• Experience with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Panel is a plus.
• Should be punctual, organized, and responsible.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
