Dispatch Executive

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Prepare and pack products for shipment. Ensure correct products are dispatched according to customer orders. Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth dispatch. Track and update the status of orders being dispatched. Maintain records of dispatch details. Handle any dispatch-related queries from internal teams. Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition. Follow safety and quality standards for dispatch activities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge (for updating dispatch records). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is a plus but not required.
