Dishwasher – Full-Time (7 Days Onsite)Location: [Specify Location] Reports To: Kitchen Manager / Head Chef 🔍 Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The position requires working onsite for 7 days a week, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesDishwashing & Sanitization: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out trash. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the dishwasher machine and other cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager. Food Preparation Assistance: Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing salads when needed. Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the supervisor when inventory is low, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of chemicals. Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene and sanitation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to maintain efficient workflow and ensure a smooth operation. 🧠 Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
