Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates or undergraduates with at least 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Experienced candidates may qualify for up to a 30% salary increase, based on market standards and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Manage both inbound and outbound communications across various channels and platforms.
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and timely solutions.
Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including response and resolution times, as well as customer satisfaction targets.

Shifts & Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts (flexibility required).
Rotational weekly offs (5 working days, 2 days off).
