Join our Team as a Disconnections Administrator Location: Gurugram About the role: Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing first-class customer service? As a Disconnections Administrator, you'll play a vital part in managing and processing customer service disconnections, ensuring mobile, cloud and connectivity services are offboarded appropriately and efficiently when a customer is leaving Onecom. This role demands a keen eye for detail in handling extensive data and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
