Director / Senior Director / AVP AI-Powered Service Platform

Role Overview: As a seasoned technology leader, your primary responsibility will be to drive the transformation of the tech architecture by modernizing it, embedding AI/ML into core workflows, and building a high-performing engineering team. You will play a crucial role in architecting the next-gen service & sales platform to be modular, scalable, and AI-powered. Your expertise will be essential in leading the modernization of legacy infrastructures into a microservices-based cloud-native stack. Additionally, you will be tasked with building intelligent layers such as recommendation engines, matchmaking algorithms, and AI advisor-assist tools, while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance as the platform scales to millions of users. Collaboration with cross-functional tech squads and other departments like Product, Ops, and Design will be vital to create intuitive and delightful user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the next-gen service & sales platform to be modular, scalable, and AI-powered - Lead the modernization of legacy infrastructures (PHP/Java/.Net) into a microservices-based cloud-native stack - Build intelligent layers including recommendation engines, matchmaking algorithms, and AI advisor-assist tools - Embed NLP, RAG models, or LLMs into customer and advisor interfaces - Ensure privacy, security, and compliance as the platform scales to millions of users - Manage cross-functional tech squads covering backend, data, ML, mobile, and DevOps - Partner closely with Product, Ops, and Design teams to create intuitive and delightful experiences Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles - Deep knowledge of modern architectures including cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices - Hands-on exposure to ML/AI tools such as recommendation systems, NLP/LLMs, speech-to-text, etc. - Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale system transformations and migrating legacy platforms while building robust, scalable products - Ability to align tech teams with business outcomes - Experience with Indian or global B2C platforms/apps, with a focus on Consumer tech, fintech, Healthtech, Edtech being a plus.,
