Job Description

As a Project Delivery Manager at Arcadis, your role will involve managing the delivery of projects from GEC, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and operationally leading project teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development of project delivery strategy and setting up multi-disciplinary GEC teams to maximize project contributions - Bringing commercial acumen to the delivery of mid to large projects, ensuring all work meets project needs - Developing and establishing systems and processes to standardize project delivery based on Business Area country requirements and client objectives Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading project implementation, managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations - Translating project objectives into plans, estimates, and schedules, managing budgets to meet profit and budgetary targets - Ensuring compliance with project delivery parameters and scope of service contracts - Analyzing data and providing recommendations to support project decision-making - Developing processes and policies in line with business objectives - Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities You will be responsible for: - Setting project delivery approach and plan - Establishing project delivery plans and control mechanisms - Managing performance of multiple projects and project teams - Leading standardization and automation of processes for continuous improvement - Ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance Qualifications & Experience required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering - Qualifications in financial/business management, client management, innovation, and leadership are desirable - 15+ years of experience in Engineering and Construction services - 7+ years of experience leading mid to large project teams in a multinational engineering or professional services firm - Overseas experience is advantageous At Arcadis, we believe in empowering everyone to be their best and value the contribution of each individual.
