The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in leading testing teams and transformation projects, demonstrating strong technical leadership and distinguished people management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing and engineering strategies that align with the overarching goals and objectives of the organization. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance engineers and testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Performance Testing: Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of performance tests utilizing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload. Performance Engineering: Implement performance engineering practices to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance of digital products. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance performance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting and Metrics: Establish and maintain performance testing metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into performance trends and issues. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate performance testing results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.
