Define clear OKRs and drive the execution to achieve them, while educating the internal ecosystem to be self-sustained and independent of top management intervention. Partner with business to drive business value, bring new ideas, challenge the business status quo. Grow and develop the internal team in order to become a business partner, drive standardization and effective solution implementation, review the current capabilities and define the upskilling (e.g. product certification, devops, automation, security) and development plan, attract talent from the market and people who can drive the modernization and standardization, the relationship with business and customers. Inspire, organize and develop the team to become self organized and operate smoothly in the SAFE setup. The leadership role requires to be active part of CTIO management team and drive the execution in sync with CTIO strategy, taking ownership of CTIO and STB topics. Delivery excellence: o Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of Commercial order management platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of systems to handle current and future business demands. o Produce clear roadmap for Ordering function in alignment with business priority, Ensure the alignment with overall digital strategy and NewCo plan. o Define and execute modernization simplification plan for various legacy tools to operate CurrenCo IT ecosystems in more efficient way while NewCo is being built. o Accelerate Ordering API journey for both France and Intl customers, work with business to increase the usages of customer API journey on currentCO. o Work very closely with CPQ and Billing functions to provide seamless user experience for QTB (Quote To Bill) chain and support ongoing initiatives like QTO boost and Order To bill Data quality improvements. o Work with other functions in SalesToBill to define and execute improvement plans for L2C journey. o Accelerate various decommissioning plan in ordering functions. o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement robust cybersecurity measures in accordance with security guidelines defined at OB level. o Work closely with Design authority for Implementation of best practices for system design, deployment, and support to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency, o Drive and support technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization Strong Leadership: o Define and execute the IT strategy for the ordering function in accordance with STB CTIO strategy to meet overall business objectives at OB level. o Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Ordering IT team, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team Business partnership: o Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders across zones and channels (OBI, OBF, DEF..) around ordering function. o Work with business in a partnership mode to simplify and align current business processes and solutions. Stakeholder management: o Engage with key stakeholders Zones, GDO, Marketing, CTIO, Design Authority and other relevant teams globally to ensure alignment and support for the IT roadmap delivery. o Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Define and execute partner strategy across locations, India, Morocco France in accordance with overall partner strategy finalized at CTIO level. o Work with COTS suppliers for ordering scope and push for their product roadmaps in accordance with our need. o Work closely with NewCo and digital Team to ensure smooth operation of currentCo and NewCo simultaneously. key responsibilities Quality Risk Management: o Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. o Work with other teams in CTIO and ensure E2E Quality testing (for L2C journey) in place, support UAT and production deployment. Budget Management: o Manage the budget for the ordering function, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial oversight. o Monitor current and forecasted spend on periodic/monthly basis. o Optimize costs on every opportunity across license costs, resource costs and Infrastructure costs. o Always make plan well in advance to offer savings before the start of each yearly budget exercise. Performance Monitoring: o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of applications and customer/user satisfaction . o Publish periodic reports indicating progress against several initiative around ordering function. about you Education: Bachelor s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Technical knowledge on Commercial Order Management, APIs, automation, security, devops and scale agile processes. Knowledge of TMForum, ITIL, ODA architecture, eTOm. Experience (Year of experience and Qualitative Aspects) Managing Ordering Functions - 5 Years Working on Telecom Domain 15 years Working in a cross-location team culture min 5 years System Integrators and product vendors managing experience min 5 years Executive business stakeholders management experience 3 years Budget management - 3 Years Knowledge and abilities Proven expertise in Commercial order management systems, IT architecture, and integration Deep, intimate knowledge of Telecom Industry specifically B2B business. Versatility in work experience within Telco world, knowledge of full L2C journey. Strong understanding of ODI architecture, TMF eTOM framework, and Open API standards Expertise in data integration and API management Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ITIL practices Experience in transformation from bespoke, fragmented software development legacy to standard target architecture, standard processes, product based out of the box solutions Drive, autonomy and initiative taking, transparency and pro-activity Experience in driving the business in a complex org set up. experience in managing System Integrators and Product Vendors outcome focused, solution and quick testing oriented, interest for technological innovation known for her/his high skills in tech teams management and ability to federate and lead teams ability to think out of the box, flexibility to change the model rigorous in the execution and demanding on technical level and quality of deliverables well known for her/his experience in supplier management, contracts/budgets fluent communication and ability to share successes and difficulties with the communities lead, steer, animate and grow the developers community at ease with international English
