Job Description: We are an Information Technology (IT) Staffing and Software Development Company with offices in the United States and Hyderabad, India. We have an immediate opening for a Director of Recruiting/Head of Indian Operations to build and manage our offshore technology recruiting and back-office organization. The selected candidate will develop and enhance our proven methodology for identifying, sourcing, recruiting, screening, and presenting the best technology talent for our exclusive United States-based government, finance, and commercial clients. Principal Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified technical candidates. Review resumes and interview applicants in a professional manner to evaluate work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and references. Hire, build, and manage a team of senior technical recruiters and back-office staff. Manage the full candidate life cycle process, including sourcing, identification, screening, interview management, and closing. Define new recruitment processes and implement standards. Collaborate with internal account managers to define client staffing requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical skill sets and job descriptions. Leverage experience with JobDiva applicant tracking and recruiting software (preferred). Recognize urgency, communicate effectively, and make decisions under pressure. Negotiate the best arrangements for both company and the candidates. Become a key member of the company's management team. Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume IT staffing environment. Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiting Manager. Strong technical recruiting and management experience across various skill sets and tools for different verticals. Knowledge of and experience in sourcing techniques, including in-house databases, job boards, ad responses, internet search engines, networking, referrals, social networking sites, headhunting, cold calling, and personal referrals. Strong time management skills, with the ability to quickly react and source for multiple job orders, while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Willingness to dedicate time and energy to the companys success. Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently. Proficiency in reformatting/rewriting resumes, composing job ads, and developing other correspondence. Strong candidate networking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, and organizational abilities. A positive attitude and a problem-solving approach to enable win-win outcomes. A *can-do* attitude and willingness to contribute beyond the recruiting function when required. Ability to professionally represent the company at all times.
