This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Avenue Sound Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient team management, budgeting, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Qualifications Operations Management and Team Management skills Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making Budgeting expertise Strong focus on Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in a similar role Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field Strong knowledge of Imports and Customs Clearing of both Air and Sea Shipments Creation and implementation of SOPs to ensure process oriented workflows for execution of work Strong leadership skills to help ensure the operations team is able to accomplish all goals and tasks planned in team meetings and strategy sessions Key client management and handling of operation processes for specific clients Management of supply chain and procurement processes Coordination with Logistics department for smooth flow and delivery of material
