Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision and Digital Excellence Develop and implement a bold digital growth strategy. Ensure the site remains competitive by integrating best-in-class technologies and optimization practices. Define a roadmap focused on innovation, new features, and continuous user experience improvement. Team Leadership and Organization Recruit and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team (web development, UX/UI, SEO, digital marketing, data analytics, product management). Establish a structured and efficient work environment fostering excellence and collaboration. Encourage skill development and career growth for team members. Development and Optimization of vanel.tech Guarantee the website’s accessibility, speed, and seamless performance to maximize conversions and user engagement. Oversee SEO strategies and digital campaigns to enhance global visibility. Lead the integration of innovative solutions such as AI, automation, and advanced customer journey personalization. Commercial Growth and Global Expansion Build strategic partnerships with industrial suppliers to expand vanel.tech’s offering. Optimize B2B customer acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure the platform’s adaptability and alignment with international markets. Performance Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and guide strategic decisions. Utilize data insights and user feedback for continuous refinement of digital strategies. Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy and B2B e-commerce platform development. Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic management. Expertise in SEO, digital marketing, UX/UI, and data analytics . Experience in international markets and digital growth strategies. Strong knowledge of web technologies (CMS, front-end/back-end development, API integration).
