Define and implement Hilabs design strategy, vision, and principles to drive business goals. Establish a strong design culture by mentoring and growing the design team. Advocate for user-centric design thinking across all departments Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for Hilabs digital products, ensuring intuitive and scalable experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives. Build, manage, and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, user researchers, and visual designers. Develop and implement best design practices, guidelines, and workflows. Encourage a culture of experimentation, data-driven design, and innovation Leverage data and behavioral analytics to inform design improvements. Stay current with design trends, healthcare industry innovations, and emerging technologies to continually evolve our design approach. Advocate for design thinking and data-driven methodologies to enhance product development and user engagement. Drive initiatives that improve accessibility and usability, ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and the diverse needs of healthcare professionals . Desired Profile: Bachelor s or masters degree in design from a Tier-1 Design / Tech institute 8 + years in UI/UX design, product design, or creative leadership , with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a SaaS or product-based company Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests. Proficiency with Git and/or other code repository. Appreciation for clean and well documented code. Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, AI-driven solutions, or SaaS platforms. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) to collaborate with developers.
