Job Description

As the Marketing and Communications Lead – ER&D India GEC, AIE India and India BU you will be responsible for crafting the narrative for the Business units . You will execute marketing activities for all the three units.You will work with a diverse team across sales, marketing, solutioning and delivery functions and Global Marketing team to support our growth ambition. The work will involve the development and implementation of agreed-upon marketing and communications programs to drive increased market recognition and business demand.This role requires excellent collaboration skills, the ability to work across all levels, functions and geographies in Capgemini. It will also require an understanding of the respective businesses, to be effective.

For Engineering Research & Development India and India Business Unit :

  • This will require working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholder.
  • Develop case studies and client stories in collaboration with the account and engagement to demonstrate the business outcomes we deliver for our clients.
  • Execute and track the campaigns at India level. This will require building bridges and working closely with Account Based Marketing (ABM) teams, local geo marketing teams, other ABLs and GBLs and Gen AI.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 18+ years’ experience of business-to-business, technology, or professional services marketing
  • Expertise in marketing strategy and planning in partnership with sales management
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and experience is a matrixed organization where influence is important
  • Good business knowledge of the IT landscape and new-age technological innovations. To be able to converse the business imperatives/challenges of the solutions to the stakeholders
  • Experience in budget management and ensuring all spend has maximum impact, as well as creation of strong business cases for additional budget when needed.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration.
