Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for overseeing the HR function and ensuring that the companys HR policies, procedures, and strategies align with organizational goals. This role will lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys overall business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, including managing job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Performance Management: Oversee the design and implementation of performance review processes. Support managers in conducting regular employee evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and setting goals for professional development. Compensation & Benefits: Lead compensation planning, ensuring that salary structures are competitive and equitable. Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Training & Development: Identify training and development needs for employees. Develop and implement training programs that support career development and employee growth. Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in Israel. Update policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and best practices. HR Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and other relevant HR statistics. Provide regular reports to senior management. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ensure that recruitment and HR practices are inclusive and aligned with company values. Health, Safety & Wellness: Oversee workplace health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment. Lead wellness initiatives to support the overall well-being of employees. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior HR role, with a strong track record in leadership and team management. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies. Experience with HR software and data analysis. Fluency in Hebrew and English preferred. Desired Skills & Traits: Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations matters. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
