We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced programme director to lead the HR ERP S/4 Upgrade, overseeing the delivery and deployment of the S/4 Upgrade, with a specific focus on removing the Vaccines SAP instance from our landscape. This pivotal role requires a passionate individual who can gather business requirements, manage deployment, and lead change management efforts across all GSK markets, with a particular emphasis on the vaccines population. The successful candidate will work closely with a Tech Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery, build, and testing of the project. Key Responsibilities Delivery and Deployment Act as the business owner for the delivery and deployment of the S/4 Upgrade. Ensure leadership engagement with appropriate site and HR leadership to keep them informed and escalate issues as needed Focus on the removal of the Vaccines SAP instance from our landscape. Ensure the successful implementation of the upgrade across all GSK markets, with a specific emphasis on the vaccines population. Business Requirements Gathering Lead the process of gathering business requirements for the S/4 Upgrade. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and documented. Ensure that business requirements align with the strategic objectives of the organization. Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the deployment of the S/4 Upgrade. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support throughout the project. Ensure training is provided to ensure a smooth transition for all users, particularly in GSC Partnership with Tech Project Manager Work closely with the Tech Project Manager to ensure the delivery of the build and testing phases are on track. Provide business insights and feedback to the technical team to guide the successful implementation of the project. Collaborate to resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field with 18+ overall years of experience. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Experience with complex and multi-workstream implementations Proven experience in business requirements gathering and change management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams. Skills Strong project management skills with a focus on ERP implementations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems. Ability to help lead a large business through change. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
