Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end revenue strategy to achieve 5x growth across business verticals.

- Enterprise Segment Management: Oversee and expand enterprise customer segments to maximize market share and customer lifetime value.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Build and lead a data-first culture, leveraging analytics and insights for forecasting, pricing, and performance improvement.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional growth team aligned to business objectives.

Customer Orientation: Foster strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of needs and value delivery.

Process Excellence: Establish and strengthen scalable processes, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution.

Decision Cascading: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 9-10 years of experience in growth, business strategy, or revenue management roles.

- Proven track record of scaling business revenues, preferably in tech-enabled or logistics sectors.

- Strong analytical and data management expertise with hands-on experience using BI tools.

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
